Select the type of tax report that you need to complete from the homepage of the website:
- Submit a Weekly Beano Tax Report
- Submit an Annual Beano Tax Report
- Submit a Raffle Tax Report
- Submit a Casino/Monte Carlo Night Report
Next, enter your 5-digit or 6-digit Organization ID in order to proceed. Please contact the Charitable Gaming office at (781) 849-5527 if you do not know your Organization ID and they can provide further assistance.
Finally, fill out the online tax report form. The form fields you need to fill out online are the same as the previous paper forms that your organization completed.
